In short taped interviews, captured in New York in June 2013, thought leaders and malaria experts make a strong case for continued investment in malaria control as the path to defeating poverty and driving development. In the past decade, malaria control has yielded remarkable results but the progress that has been achieved so far can be undone quickly, if investment stalls. This is a time of opportunity: the lives and economic prosperity of nearly half of world’s population can be greatly improved, if defeating malaria remains a global priority.
